Where do Gypsies in England get the ability to afford that lifestyle?

I have been watching the BBC show My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding. Which is a documentary on Gypsies in England. I do not understand where they get the money to afford the high end weddings, luxury campers, etc. Can someone help me understand.
