I NEED HELP A LITTLE A BIT .?

that honest I ve heard that a lot of abt what few my friend told me about it RV camper to lived place and will saved lot of money than don't have pay rent apt or house rather and payment bills . so they told me abt Rv camper is best more way easily lived n saving money and a car that is need payment insurance car and rv camper is that all do more easily saving money ??? if it is true ?? house or apt rent/pay bills is always rough hard time to saving money ??? it seem too good to true ??? as I need know if it is true ? if any idea advise that I need help to answer please :) thanks
