Why wasn't she arrested?...assault question?

Where are your parents in all of this? If you are still living at home, then your parents need to handle this conflict by making sure you both have separate space, if at all possible, so you can stay away from each other. If you are over 18, then you have a choice to start looking at ways not to be living with your sister anymore. Sisters can sometimes get pretty crazy with each other. You need to try to focus not on trying to get your sister arrested/in trouble. Try communicating with her, or having some kind of contract with her about how you are BOTH going to speak to/treat each other. If you are living with your parents, have them help you with this. If you don't engage your sister with rude comments/annoying behaviors/meanness, then you know she is much less likely to be a pain back. Ignore her as much as possible and force yourself to be polite, even when she is deliberately trying to get under your skin. And be the bigger person and apologize. It seems like the main problem between you both is a lack of maturity. I hope time will solve all your problems. Good luck!
