Should I Ask This Girl Out?

I am good friends with this girl and talk to her quite often. All my friends and her friends are telling me to ask her out. I want to ask her but I don't know if she likes me e.g every time one of her friends mention my name and hers she sticks up her fingers at them. Pleas help.
