How to contact campers at Pok-O-Macready?

My girlfriend left this morning for Camp Pok-O-Macready in the Adirondack Mountains. She said she wanted me to to try to write to her, but didn't give me an address. Does anyone know what the address is that I should send letters to, and how to address the envelope, etc.? This isn't the kind of thing I do very often, so I have no idea how to go about this.
