What should America do about Westboro Baptist Church?

I was proud of the UK for what they did! We here in Portland allowed them to protest, but assigned them a spot two blocks below the church on a busy highway. It had been raining for days and the streets were like small lakes. Every time a car passed them they were covered with waves of muddy water. I drove by three times! On my fourth pass, they had packed up and gone.
